Site Plan Bearings Input

Hi all,
I'm working on drawing the boundary lines from a current site plan i have on paper. I have no problem with straight lines, however, one side of my lot is mainly a combination of lines & curves.

On the plan I am given the "Curve Data" with information that i believe to be
Radius
Delta (given as an angle)
Arc Length
Tangent Length
CH: (chord length i believe?)

Could someone please give me some suggestions on what of the information I need & how to go about inputing it so as to create my boundary lines? I'd greatly appreciate the feedback.
